2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our total delivery time is split into two distinct phases: Handling Time and Delivery (Transit) Time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT - Greenwich Mean Time)

  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, product quality checks, packaging, and sorting. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Delivery Time (Transit Time): 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for your package to travel from our shipping facility to your designated UK delivery address.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 10 Business Days total.

  • There are no hidden packaging fees, handling fees, or unexpected delivery surcharges added to your order. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping courier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a direct link so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

5. Delivery Address Alterations & Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@grassivo.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. We can easily update the details or cancel your order if it has not been processed yet.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been physically handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives physically damaged, broken, or compromised due to courier handling, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the product immediately. Email our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@grassivo.shop with your order number and the images. We will verify the damage and arrange a free replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
